The cities are too small and underpopulated. Does the great empire really only consist of mini settlements with some farmers in them? Skyrim is a great game, but it suffers terribly from a lack of life overall. 4.2.4 adds back a download location for Dreadflopps patches. It is does not yet include all the detailed installation instruction changes for the most recent version of ETaC. 4.2.3 updates versions for mods and makes a few additions and corrections. 4.2.2 added new mods and removed a few a lot of REGS-relevant mods have been added to Skyrim or changed since the the REGS 4.0.5 update. It updated guide entries to current versions of mods and uses the modular version of ETaC to allow better ICAIO compatibility. Version 4.2 was the first part of a significant update. As the STEP guide evolves REGS will remain compatible. This guide is compatible with the 2.10.0 release of the STEP guide.
